FAQ
Do we have to stop using Odoo during the rescue?
No. Fixes are tested on a staging copy and applied in agreed windows, usually after hours or at a weekend.
Our previous partner still has access. Is that a problem?
The first thing the audit does is inventory who has access to what, and rotate credentials with you.
Can you support a system you did not build?
Yes. The audit produces the documentation that should have existed. After it, we support the system like our own.
